It’s a two-room apartment on the third floor with three beds. It’s completely restored and it’s characterized by a blue wooden boiserie with white decorations. It comprises an entrance, a living room with a double bed, an alcove bed (a typical wooden bed), a TV with DVD reader, furnished kitchen and a bathroom with shower, independent heating system and a pellet stove.
The laundry room is on the first floor. The apartment has a big balcony, called the lobbia, where is possible to eat outside in the summer and it is equipped with bed sheets, towels and kitchen utensils.
